Legal basis for designating the Kittatinny-Shawangunk National Raptor Migration Corridor

Authorization for raptor corridor designation under Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA)

The Raptor Corridor is 250 miles long by about 12-14 miles wide. Designation would be akin to the recent designation of National Heritage Areas (i.e., as in S2739).
